In the User Name field, you want to enter your username@logon-o.net (please note it is an " o " and not a zero).
In the Password field, put in the password you created for Dialup Networking in the first half of the directions you are now reading. You will not be able to see what you are typing. Instead, asterisks appear to mask each character. This is so that someone looking over your shoulder while you log in won't see your password, unless they are good at watching hands and determining what is being typed. Once you enter your password, click Next

This is where you enter what will be the caption for the icon you will double click in order to fire up this connection to the Internet through your modem. You can type in whatever you like, though Windows will offer the suggestion Connection to followed by the telephone number you have entered for this connection. You might instead use something like Surf4It.Net. You get to choose. When you've typed in the name, click Next.

Choose No here. Whether you use Eudora or even one of the Microsoft Email packages, it is better to set that up separately than to use this wizard for now. Once No is selected, click Next.

If you now want to dial in, make sure there is a check mark in the box on this screen. If you are just setting up a session and you don't want to dial in now, clear the check mark. Once this decision is made, click Finish.
Later, whenever you select Start:Settings:Network and Dial-up Connections you will see a new icon with the caption you gave it.

Double-clicking this icon will give you the log-in screen that will take your Dialup Networking ID and password and will make your modem dial in to get your connection.
